Guardrails first
Architecture, conventions and constraints encoded so every agent stays on-spec from the first token.
AGENTS.md · CLAUDE.md · ADRs8 years of production engineering. I don't just use AI — I engineer the workflow: parallel multi-agent execution, guardrails, reusable skills and ADRs that ship fast without trading away quality.
A repeatable system for shipping production software fast: encode the rules, run agents in parallel, record decisions, verify, ship. Here's the actual loop.
Architecture, conventions and constraints encoded so every agent stays on-spec from the first token.
AGENTS.md · CLAUDE.md · ADRsRepeatable tasks become packaged agent skills — migrations, test scaffolds, release flows — invoked on demand.
skills / playbooksClaude Code, Codex and Antigravity run concurrently across the codebase — feature, tests and infra advancing at once.
fan-out · multi-agentEvery significant choice captured as an ADR — context, options, trade-offs — so the codebase stays legible.
ADR-001 … ADR-008A verifier agent gates every change: tests, types, lint and review before a fast, confident release.

Alongside engineering, I run a YouTube channel and partner as an official affiliate with products like Vyapar and Hostinger. It keeps me close to real users — marketing, positioning and the messy work of getting software actually adopted.
I'm a full-stack engineer who's spent 8 years taking products from blank repo to production across web, mobile and desktop. What changed recently is how I build: I treat AI agents as a team I direct — setting the guardrails, splitting the work, and verifying every result — so I ship more, faster, without lowering the bar.
I care about correctness where it counts (tax engines, multi-tenant auth, PHI safety), legible codebases that outlive me, and products people actually adopt. I'm looking for a salaried, remote role on a team that values both speed and craft.
If you're hiring an engineer who ships production software fast — and brings an agentic edge — I'd love to talk.
